Thousands of Muslim devotees have gathered in Village Behted Near Eid Gah, District Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan Tuesday, February 12th – 2013 to attend the 3 days Deeni Tableeghi Jamaat Ijtema. Which ended on 14th February 2013.
This was the first time when Ijetma of such a huge scale was organised in Behted. An estimate of 13 thousand people attended the Ijetma.
Dressed in traditional Islamic robes and prayer caps, a sea of the faithful began streaming toward the venue. Many Tabligi Jamaat and individuals came from all over Rajasthan to attend and be part of the this massive Muslim gathering. Many of the faithful travelled by dangerously overcrowded buses and trains endured long delays to reach the site from far-flung areas.
3 days lectures, bayans and prayers continued bringing environment of peace brotherhood and holiness in Behted.
The organisers put a spectacular show of planning and organising the whole Ijetma which included all the relevant facilities, security and medical requirement in the venue.
The roads, buses, railway stations were crowded when the sea of faithful left the venue on the last day of the Ijtema.
Youths and Senior People of the Khaildar community played a vital role for the grand success of the Ijtema.
Ijtema concluded with the offering of “Dua” (Akheri Munajat) seeking divine blessings for peace, progress and prosperity of Muslim Ummah together with the entire mankind.
